What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive your name, phone number, and, if you provide them, your email, treatment interest, preferred times and message. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.
Why we use it
To answer your request and arrange your appointment (steps taken at your request), and to keep the website secure (legitimate interest). We do not use your details for marketing without your consent and never sell them.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your language choice is saved in your browser so the site can show the right language. The map loads from Google only if you click to show it; Google then processes your data under its own privacy policy. The help chat runs in your browser and does not send your messages anywhere.
Who receives it
Booking requests are delivered to Dr. Leila by email through the form service Web3Forms. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those services process your messages under their own terms. Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are deleted within 12 months unless you become a patient, in which case patient records are kept as required by UAE health regulations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Email [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
